Delivery & FAQ
What is hallmarking?
You may see me talk about an item being hallmarked in my shop or when enquiring about commissions.
If the sterling silver weighs 7.78 grams or more it must, by law, be hallmarked at a UK Assay Office. I send my work to London to be quality checked and stamped with my makers mark. The fineness of the silver (925) is then added along with the location where it is hallmarked (leopard for London).

I am displaying a hallmarking Dealers notice as I sell precious metal
jewellery. If you would like any further details about hallmarking, let me know.
Shipping
All UK shipping is FREE. Most parcels are sent recorded delivery but more expensive items will be special delivery.

For international orders - some countries don't allow jewellery to be posted to them, so please contact me first and I will look into this/prices for you.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your item, please email or contact me and I will be able to help
fix the problem with you.

Jewellery Care
If your jewellery is tarnishing, don't worry it can be cleaned. All orders over £50 now include a complimentary polishing cloth to use regularly and for slight marks but I recommend 'Town Talk Liquid Cleaner' to bring the beautiful silver back.
